The Grande Rigel, in the limited edition, is an enlarged version of the Rigel lamp. Still a table lamp, it commands a significant scenic presence.
Set on a base of hot-blued steel, two glass paste ingots capture light from LED spots embedded within. The light twinkles through the bubbles trapped in the glass. Two mirror-polished stainless steel reflectors positioned at the back bounce light effects in warm hues. These two rear pieces, through a hot treatment, reveal moiré tones between golds and violets.
